During Expo Milano 2015, I had the pleasure of being a guest at the Sap\u00f2rem<\/strong> stand, a project created to showcase and promote the excellence of Italy’s food and wine heritage. On this occasion, I brought my vision of food: informed, authentic, yet always creative, and above all, with a strategic focus on food as a narrative and cultural tool. <\/p>\n

Through cooking demonstrations, editorial content, and video production, I’ve crafted a narrative designed to make each product the star of the show, expressing not just its flavor, but the history, context, and identity that make it unique.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Grana Padano in the foreground<\/em><\/h3>\n

I dedicated one of the cooking shows to Grana Padano<\/strong> , presenting it in various stages of maturation and preparation. I explained the production process, its sensory characteristics, and suggested pairings with seasonal ingredients and select wines to enhance its every nuance. Every detail was carefully considered to create a coherent storytelling experience, capable of interacting with the digital content published simultaneously. <\/p>\n

Mortadella Bologna PGI: between tradition and new ideas<\/em><\/h3>\n

With Mortadella Bologna PGI,<\/strong> I enjoyed exploring contemporary recipes, ideal for finger food and small, creative tastings. It was a way to breathe new life into a great classic, without distorting its identity. Storytelling accompanied each dish, offering the public a new and accessible interpretation. <\/p>\n

Prosecco Conegliano Valdobbiadene DOCG<\/em><\/h3>\n

Prosecco Superiore DOCG Conegliano-Valdobbiadene<\/strong> was presented not only in the glass, but also through its terroir, its bubbles, and its convivial language. I wanted to craft a narrative that began with the terroir and ended with the table, paying particular attention to its versatility across all occasions. <\/p>\n

San Daniele DOP Ham<\/em><\/h3>\n

Prosciutto di San Daniele DOP<\/strong> also received its own spotlight. I highlighted the value of its slow curing process and its unique characteristics, proposing a simple yet elegant recipe: San Daniele and mozzarella skewers, inspired by the style of Elle a Tavola<\/em> , the event’s media partner. A perfect example of how simplicity can become an experience when supported by effective storytelling. <\/p>\n

An authentic story, to travel with the palate<\/em><\/h3>\n

Throughout the day, I worked with the team to create and distribute editorial and digital content, which was also published on Sap\u00f2rem’s channels.
My intervention wasn’t just a performance, but a planning one: I defined the content, guided the narrative, and ensured consistency between storytelling, show cooking, and video production.<\/p>\n

My goal? To give a voice to Italian products through accessible, engaging, and authentic language. Because every ingredient has a story to tell. You just need to know how to listen\u2014and then translate it, with care and strategy, to make it resonate far and wide. <\/p>\n
