Brand ambassador

Some of my works

Since 2015 I have been brand ambassador of American Pistachio Growers, the association that gathers California pistachio producers. I was invited on site to observe the qualitative production process. I am also their referent for Italy. I have excellent colleagues, like the Spanish Paco Roncero, chef with two Michelin stars. The project includes exclusive recipes and a structured presence at leading events such as Identità Golose and Expo 2015.
