Cheeses and fruit extracts

To end a meal in style with surprise, taste and lightness, here is an innovative combination that replaces the classic jams with pure fruit extracts .

Ingredients:

  • 1 slice of fresh goat toma
  • 1 slice of Taleggio cheese
  • 1 slice of mountain toma
  • 1 slice of Pecorino Sardo
  • 1 slice of goat’s blue cheese
  • 50 ml of pomegranate extract (from about 100 g)
  • 50 ml of plum extract (from about 100 g)
  • 50 ml of kiwi extract (starting from approximately 100 g)
  • 50 ml of fig extract (starting from about 100 g)
  • 50 ml of blueberry extract (from about 100 g)

Procedure:

Serve the cheeses on a board accompanied by the accompanying extract:

  • goat’s cheese with pomegranate extract
  • Taleggio cheese with plum cheese
  • the mountain toma with the kiwi one
  • Pecorino Sardo with fig extract
  • goat’s blue cheese with blueberry extract
