Social Eating
A themed eating in an exclusive place: home, local, event space, indoors, outdoors, where I cook but not necessarily hidden in the kitchen. In fact, I cook and then I might sit with you. For about 30 guests.
How
On a monthly basis, the invitation arrives by web, sometimes they are even blind. My participation includes the preparation time of the plates and of the service. I take care of the menu through my personal suppliers.
