It is written showcooking, show cooking or even cooking show. It’s when the chef cooks in front of you, explaining what he’s doing, maybe letting you taste something. It is not a formal lesson, but it can be a revelation.

My intervention has a variable duration, can provide for a taste for the public or be a simple demonstration. Grocery shopping and equipment are on the customer.


In agreed location, in the laboratory, in the kitchen of a restaurant, during an event, in an ad hoc position.


Whenever you want, just book at least 2 weeks in advance.


To try a demonstration or a different tasting than usual. To find out what’s behind that dish you really like. For a different team building experience. To show a product or a kitchen tool to your guests or your customers.
